Creating the Appropriate Solution to Ensure Success

·        What you can do when working with clients to ensure the appropriate solutions are developed.

We begin with an opening exercise in which you and small teams will develop ways to deal with problems surrounding creating appropriate solutions.

Then, Rocky Romero, of Profit Coaching, will guide you through developing a Business Model Canvas to generate a business model for how to address creating appropriate solutions.

We finish with Open Space to delve further into topics identified in the first two hours, finishing with what the Chapter can do for you.
